Information Desk is available at Level F Domestic Departures ‘B’ Row and Information Desk at Airport Village.
The purpose of the Help Desk is to assist travelers with a variety of needs and concerns pertaining to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
*Visitors are permitted on purchase of Entry Ticket of Rs.100/- at Departure area and Rs.20/- to enter into the Airport village area at Arrivals.
*This ticket is valid for one hour only.

Airport Village
Another of the many firsts at RGIA is the concept of an Airport Village. The area outside the arrivals hall, is specially designed for people to receive their guests and near and dear ones. There are food and beverages stalls that suit their budget, provides an ideal way to spend time while waiting for the flights to arrive or depart.

To facilitate passenger convenience, there are 130 check-in counters and 16 self-check in counters for passengers carrying only cabin baggage.

In-line Baggage Handling System
RGIA is the first Indian airport to install the four level in-line baggage handling system.
Transfer Desk:
We have a dedicated transfer desk, first-of-its-kind, to assist transfer passengers. Located at Arrivals, Belt No 2, the transfer desk assists passengers in Domestic to Domestic and Domestic to International transfers.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Tata Teleservices Limited have provided Fixed Line (Voice & Data) services at the Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
With several telephone and internet kiosks that are conveniently located throughout the terminal, they have delivered the best telecom technology, global infrastructure, and the capacity that are at par with the facilities found in any other international airport. The airport operator has provided state of the art technology to supplement the infrastructure provided, to ensure that all airport users experience true International standard access to all the tele-services and the ‘free W-Fi’ internet facilities*.

Formalities to be completed by the passenger while collecting articles left behind at Hyderabad Airport :
In the event that a Passenger is collecting the articles, he/she should provide the following documents :
Boarding card (as proof of travel on the date the article was left/lost).
Photo Identity card (Passport Copy/Pan card/Driving License/Voter ID card).
If the passenger is authorizing a representative to collect the articles, the following documents need to be provided. The documents can also be emailed to the address mentioned above. We also request passengers to advise date of collection so that the articles can be made available on arrival.
Authorization letter from the passenger.
Photo Identification of the representative.
Photo identification of the passenger.
Boarding card of the Passenger.

The letter should be addressed to the General Manager, Lost & Found Department, Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
Kindly note:
Items/Articles, if not claimed for a period of three months by the Passenger, shall be disposed of.
Perishables and articles which are not suitable for storage will be disposed within 24hours.

Wheelchairs for physically challenged passenger(s)
The airline usually provides a wheelchair on request, which you can book at the time of making your reservation, or get one directly at the airport.
There are wheelchairs placed at the Forecourt near to ISS Desk of the Departures which are manned by ISS boys one is on the Domestic Departure forecourt entrance and the other one towards at the entrance of the International Departures ISS Desk. For further assistance, Passengers are requested to contact their respective Airline accordingly.
