DigiYatra App Enrolment Process
Step 1: Download the DigiYatra App by Digi Yatra Foundation from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and register using your mobile number and OTP (Aadhar linked Mobile number only)
Step 2: Link your Identity Credentials using DigiLocker or Offline Aadhaar.
Step 3: Click a selfie picture when prompted and upload onto the app.
Step 4: Update your Boarding Pass on the DigiYatra App and share with the departure airport.

“ION”, a brand owned by DVOIS Communications Private Limited provides Wi-Fi services at the Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
Passengers can utilize mobile phones, tablets or laptops to browse the Internet via the free Wi-Fi.

Ramps and Elevators
For easy access to Departing passengers, Elevators are available from Car Parking level that will take you just next to the Departure Gates 1 and 2. Arriving passengers can make use of Escalators and ramps from Arrival forecourt to Level E for onward access to Parking area, Radio Cabs, Pushpak Bus service, Food court and other Eateries.

GENERAL AVIATION
The new state-of-the-art General Aviation Terminal is tailored exclusively for private jet owners and users. The new terminal facilitates the diverse needs of passengers flying through chartered flights meant for business or personal travel from Hyderabad Airport.
The GA terminal, spanning across 11,234 square feet, is situated beside the RGIA terminal and includes a private entrance and a car park. It features a distinctive theme of classical architecture blended with Indo-Saracenic-Indo-Gothic style, and its interiors create an ambience rich in elegance and comfort. The terminal offers a dedicated facilitation service for domestic and international General Aviation passengers, and is equipped with lounge, private lounge, segregated arrival and departures corridors, check-in, emigration-immigration, customs checks, and hand baggage processing, security clearance, breathalyzer test facility for crew, staff lounge, duty-free offerings, and a dedicated Wi-Fi- enabled service for seamless connectivity. Fastag:
Hyderabad airport parking is enabled with Fastag facility. Parking users can enter through dedicated Fastag lanes and park the vehicle at convenient location. Maximum amount payable through Fastag is Rs. 1,500
Ramp Parking
Ramp Parking is Free for the first 8 minutes. Thereafter the charges are:
Rs. 100 for 8-10 minutes
Rs. 200 for 10-15 minutes
Above 15 minutes, the vehicle will be towed away.
VIP Parking - For all central /state ministers, MP, MLA, high government official, foreign official delegation, Army/Police official and VIP/VVIP of Protocol department etc.
Two wheelers and Auto Rickshaws are not allowed at all the ramps.

Airport Kruz, an automated wheelchair service is available on chargeable basis to passengers travelling through Rajiv Gandhi International airport. The service is a mix of electrical and manual wheel chair. Passengers can place their request for the wheelchair service either at the Airport Kruz counter situated at Domestic and International Departures or book on +91- 7654321737. The Charges per trip at Domestic are Rs. 500/- (inclusive taxes) and for International are Rs. 1000/- (inclusive taxes). The charges are subject to change without notice. Hyderabad International Airport has a dedicated waiting area for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) that caters to special needs in terms of seating and phone facilities. The departure passengers can relax in the waiting areas till the pre-booked help arrives. The arrival passengers can sit back at the dedicated area at Arrivals, Departures and wait to be picked up by their friends/relatives or till they hail a cab.
